Incorporated in 2004, Telawane Power Equipments Private Limited (TPEPL) was founded by Mr. Sudhakar Telawne, a first generation Entrepreneur. Rakesh Telawne followed his father’s footsteps and manages the business of manufacturing transformers and substations. The company is a registered vendor for reputed players across oil & gas and electrical equipment industries. He expanded the product line by introducing innovative products to solve critical industry problems.
However, with the dynamic nature of the industry and with bigger players looking to increase market penetration, there is a constant need to evolve the business. Says Rakesh, “There are ample opportunities available in market, so you just have to grab those & create value of it”
There is also a need to engage with customers in a transparent and honest manner which they would understand and value.
Enter TAB! Rakesh joined in 2017 when TAB first entered India. There was fair level of skepticism as Rakesh was not sure of what to expect from TAB and its benefits to his business. Five years down the line, says Rakesh “TAB has played a critical role in helping us grab new market opportunity and become an agile enterprise. The discussions with other owners from completely unrelated sectors has given me a different perspective on solving key problems for our customers by offering superior products and services”
