‘TAB is our “Coach” in business’

Starting off as a Management consultant in 1998, Vinay Sawant has over 17 years’ experience in problem solving and helping businesses achieve productivity and quality improvements.

Vinay Sawant and Associates are a group of professionals, technocrats with engineering background spread across various industry and sectors. The vision is to be a leading management consultancy and training organization by providing customized, reliable and cost effective solutions to customers. Some services offered include but not limited to process improvement, top management coaching, goal setting and Lean, TQM methods.

Over time he has learned that honesty, quality, timely deliveries and agility are important traits that have helped him along the way in serving clients effectively. He also figured that offering any service/product free of cost is not helpful in developing brand value or growing the business. There was a need to have a coach or mentor to help him scale up his business which is when he joined TAB.

Although initially apprehensive about the benefits of TAB, Vinay wanted to give it a chance to see if discussions with other business owners would to productive for him. In hindsight says Vinay,

“TAB has given a direction to look at the business in terms of improving culture and work environment and not just revenue and costs. All board members are supportive and they keep on asking about progress on set goals”

Vinay also feels that after joining TAB, he is not only able to manage the finances and strategy of his business better but also ensure sound communication to all the stakeholders in his organization. He strongly recommends business owners to join TAB saying that it would be of tremendous advantage to them.
